Relaxing

This was one of my favorite ‘bad days’ ever. I was on location/travel in Chicago for a week to meet up with some models. For Leana (the model in the photo) we were supposed to do a shoot outside at Lincoln Park. Unfortunately the weather had been a lot colder than we had expected that week and as soon as she got to my hotel there was golf-ball sized hail pouring down so we decided to shoot in the hotel. The employees there were great about it all and it will certainly be the hotel I choose to stay at from now on when I visit Chicago.

Shot in the same median as ‘Big City Blues’, I’m standing right at the traffic light in downtown Chicago lunchtime traffic. It didn’t seem to bother anyone though and I still think it was all worth it.

Jack here was an amazing model to work with, believe it or not it was hailing in this picture. He still was determined to get the shots needed for both of our portfolios so we kept at it.
